The Washington Chamber Orchestra will conclude its season featuring an award-winning Clarinetist, Alexander Fiterstein, the winner of the Carl Nielsen Competition and a newly appointed faculty member at the Peabody Conservatory of Music, to perform Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto, which was the musical genius's last instrumental piece, and one of his most poignant concertos. The second movement, “Adagio,” was popularized by the film “Out of Africa.”
Beethoven Symphony No. 4 in F minor and Mozart La Clemenza di Tito Overture will also be the program for this season finale concert cycle.
